RealFoundations serves investment managers, owners and operators with services spanning operating model design, technology enablement, data stewardship, accounting and reporting support, lease administration, and performance analytics. Joining Newmark provides RealFoundations with an expanded platform to deliver integrated solutions to a broader client base.
GCA partnered closely with RealFoundations’ leadership and shareholders to understand all objectives and designed and executed a highly competitive, time-controlled M&A process successfully positioning the business for long-term growth with Newmark.
