Eric Higgins and Bob Snape, Co-Founders of G-Side Capital Advisors, have over 46 years of combined experience in investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic advisory engagements. Throughout their careers, Eric and Bob have successfully executed over 200 sell-side M&A advisory engagements across a broad range of industries representing over $22 billion of aggregate transaction value.

For nearly a decade, Eric and Bob worked closely together at BDO Capital Advisors, LLC where they served as senior bankers and collaborated on many highly successful transactions while producing a proven track record of consistently surpassing client expectations. Previously, Eric worked as a cross-border banker at Pan American Finance, LLC, while Bob held senior investment banker positions at Banc of America Securities (Global M&A, Head of MM Investment Banking), FleetBoston Robertson Stephens, and KPMG Corporate Finance.
